The artistic whimsy and attention to detail found in the artworks of Andrew Fisher are perfectly displayed in these quirky sculpture works of shell and red coral. Bits of coral have been meticulously wired together to recreate larger coral shapes arranged in a miniature gilded shell urn. The bases are formed from shells and coral fingers embedded in a fine mortar. They were created around 1995 and have been in the deign studios of Fisher-Weisman. Some bits of shell fragments and several small coral pieces are missing.
