Antique Secretary in Turquoise and Orange

High-quality antique secretary, reimagined in a playful combination of turquoise and orange; the secretary desk was the original space-saving furniture, and this simple piece appears to have been inspired by the Chinese Chippendale style.  A simple mechanism extends desk supports as desk is folded down, and provides excellent stability to the writing surface.  Glass cabinet doors are each composed of eight individual mullioned panes, which have the slight irregularities of antique glass.  Two large drawers, cupboard and desk all lock with one key.  Leatherette writing desk cover shows some wear around edges.  Painted in-house with a lightly distressed edge finish.
